Cumberland Lodge is an educational charity with a vision of a more peaceful, tolerant and inclusive society. We tackle social divisions by helping and inspiring people to engage in constructive, cross-boundary communication, through conferences, seminars, lectures, study retreats, and by supporting and mentoring doctoral students and early career researchers. Our residential facilities are also available for private hire for conferences, meetings and special events.
