The Lodge is surrounded by pleasant gardens, in which The Queen and other distinguished people have planted anniversary trees.
The views from the Lodge are superb, across some of the finest parkland in the country. Our staff can suggest local walks of various lengths to see historic monuments such as an obelisk comemorating the Duke of Cumberland's victory at Culloden, the equestrian statue of George III, the only statue in the country of the present Queen, and of course Windsor Castle itself.
