Data Protection
Your name, organisation and email address will appear in the Conference Handbook unless you decline permission and your name will be added to the Cumberland Lodge mailing list to keep you informed about future conferences. Your details will not be made available to external organisations.
It is possible to opt out of both of these via the registration form.
Conference Fees
All full rate fees cover excellent food and accommodation at the Lodge. The student rate means sharing a twin-bedded room. Full payment must be received before your place is confirmed.
Cancellation Terms
10% of the fee will be charged. If cancellation is notified within one week of the start date, the full fee will be charged – but a substitution is permitted.
Joining Instructions and Travel Directions
These will be emailed to you once the booking form has been received. Cumberland Lodge cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of registration information. If you have heard nothing a week prior to the event, it is your responsibility to ring 01784 497794
