Conference Facilities

The main conference facilities are housed in the Mews. The Flitcroft Room has a capacity of 120. The Sandby Room can accommodate 50. In addition there are four smaller meeting rooms. The Lodge building has additional meeting rooms with capacities of 60, 25 and 10.

All conference facilities are available including data projection, sound amplification and recording equipment, video and DVD playback and free wireless internet facilities.

The largest conference room, the Flitcroft Room, comfortably accommodates 100 people in theatre style and has been used for up to 120. It is part of a suite of four rooms which can be used for breakout sessions. In addition there is a second conference room, the Sandby Room, for 50 people and one other breakout room.

In the main Lodge, meetings can be held in several gracious rooms such as the Library or the Drawing room, and there is another purpose-designed break-out room here too. There is an office reserved for guests, with computer access and a photocopier. There are various other computer suites available in the conference complex.
