Come and enjoy this rare opportunity to spend an elegant afternoon in the beautiful grounds of Cumberland Lodge, this summer.
Afternoon teas are served on the lawn, weather-permitting (indoors in one of our historic reception rooms, in the event of inclement weather), with social distancing measures in place to ensure everyone's safety.
Afterwards, why not take an invigorating stroll around our picturesque parkland surroundings? There is plenty to enjoy on our doorstep, and you might also take the opportunity to visit the Deer Park, follow the tree-lined avenue to the lily-strewn Cow Pond, or take in the stunning panoramic views of Windsor from the iconic Copper Horse statue nearby.
Menu and prices
Enjoy a variety of speciality teas, with sandwiches, a selection of delicious pastries, cakes and freshly baked scones, for £25 per adult or £15 per child. Menus (for adults and children) can be downloaded from this webpage, along with the drinks list.
Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options also available. Please let us know about any dietary requirements when you book. Allergen details are available upon request.
Alcoholic and soft drinks can be pre-ordered or purchased on the day, by card payment only, along with fruit ice lollies for £1.00 each.
How to book
We are currently taking bookings through until the end of August. There is no age restriction, and everyone is welcome. Teas and coffees are included in the price.
To reserve your table, please contact Sarah and Charlotte in our Conferences & Events team, on 01784 220521, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All bookings will help to support us in continuing to fulfil our charitable objectives, at a time when we have temporarily lost our main source of income.
Tables must be reserved and paid for in advance. Please note that we are currently obliged to keep a temporary record of contact details for a lead guest per group/party, to comply with NHS Test and Trace guidelines.
Well-behaved dogs are also welcome, but only if you are taking afternoon tea outdoors. In wet weather, please note that dogs will not be allowed inside, unless they are trained assistance dogs.
The grounds are accessible on foot, and there is plenty of free parking on site. Please arrive via the Bishopsgate entrance to the Great Park (Egham direction).
We are also taking event bookings for the autumn onwards - for conferences, meetings, professional development courses, retreats and special events such as weddings - so do please get in touch with our Conferences & Events team with any enquiries or to find out about the additional measures we are putting in place to ensure everybody's safety.
