Debbie Danon spoke at one of the discussions we convened and has no formal association with Cumberland Lodge. We do not pass on the contact details of past speakers and cannot always forward contact enquiries.
Debbie is co-founder and joint CEO of TrustLab, a consultancy offering organisations ‘courageous approaches to leadership and inclusion.’ She is an expert leadership coach, trainer and facilitator, with 15 years’ experience in companies, public sector organisations, start-ups and charities. Through her work in faith, ethnicity, gender and LGBT+ inclusion, as well as managing teams large and small, Debbie has developed a passion for supporting people to unlock the best in themselves and in others. Alongside her work with TrustLab, Debbie trains and consults for a range of organisations, as well as coaching individual clients to realize their personal and professional goals. She holds a degree Theology and Religious Studies from the University of Cambridge.
Debbie has also developed innovative approaches to inclusive and holistic leadership more widely. At award-winning Learning & Development consultancy The Smarty Train, she led the Training Design Team, creating innovative leadership accelerator programmes for the ‘early talent’ of leading banks, law firms and management consultancies. She also served as Director of Education for twin youth leadership organizations, The Unreasonables and Blue Chip Leaders, developing holistic leadership programmes that help young people to build the leadership mindsets and skills they need to create positive change in their own lives, and in the world around them.
Debbie volunteers with youth charity The Advocacy Academy and the Grassroots Jews community, about which she has given TED-style talks in London, Berlin and Budapest. She loves dance, arts & crafts, and is a self-confessed board game geek.
