Rachel is a Senior Lecturer in Manchester Medical School, co-founder of the Centre for Academic and Researcher Development and University of Manchester Lead for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion. She has extensive cancer research and people and organisational development expertise in higher education and the corporate sector.
Rachel holds a senior fellowship with the Higher Education Academy and is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management as a tutor, trainer and executive coach. She is passionate about creating a nurturing, inclusive work environment in which all staff and students are supported and rewarded and can reach their full potential.
