Jouja is the Director of Impact at Regenerative Group, an impact investment fund investing in companies that enable a better and more sustainable world. She leads their impact measurement and management strategy across their portfolio. She has previously worked with organisations such as Foundervine, the US-UK Fulbright Commission and The Synergos Institute. 

Jouja is active in encouraging youth participation in designing and advocating for climate solutions through policy-making and other avenues. She is the UK’s Delegate to the 2021 G7 Youth Summit where she will be representing the young people of the UK on issues of Climate & Environment. She is also a member of The Big Issue’s Climate Advisory Group where she advises on their Climate Solutions Fund. 

Formerly a Young Europe Ambassador, she has worked alongside the 27 Ministers of European Affairs to shape discussions on the future of Europe. She also sits on the Sutton Trust’s Alumni Leadership Board and Social Finance’s Racial Equity Advisory Group. She is an Ambassador for the Young Trustees Movement and a Young Founding Member of Impact 100 London.

Jouja holds a BA in Political Science & Human Rights from Columbia University, an MSc in Migration Studies from the University of Oxford and is an alumna of SIT's International Honors Programme. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
