Dining Room and Bar Assistant

Cumberland Lodge seeks to appoint a Dining Room and Bar Assistant on a part-time, permanent basis. We hold a wide range of events and conferences for visiting groups throughout the year, and our dining room and bar staff are integral to providing an excellent customer experience.

This role will report to our Dining Room Supervisor, Duty Manager and Domestic Bursar.

You must have access to your own transport, as we are situated rurally, in the middle of Windsor Great Park, and we are not accessible by public transport.

Tour Guides (Volunteers)

Cumberland Lodge is looking for volunteers with experience of dealing with the public, good interpersonal skills and a friendly approach to help lead or assist public tours and art exhibition open mornings, on an ongoing basis.

Our Tour Guides will help us to run informative Lodge tours, on our history and heritage, artwork and current work as an educational foundation.

They will also be present for some of our art exhibition open mornings, to assist members of the public, point them in the right direction, and help to promote the Friends of Cumberland Lodge scheme.

Guest Artists

We are on the look-out for guest artists to exhibit at Cumberland Lodge as part of our rolling calendar of art exhibitions and cultural events for our guests and local community in Windsor.

Cumberland Lodge is an educational foundation that also offers its facilities for private hire. More than 12,000 people come through our doors every year and many of those stay overnight, from a wide range of businesses and organisations, including the NHS, the Inns of Court, the Police, charities and NGOs, government bodies and higher education institutions.
