We have been providing transformative experiences for people of all ages, from all walks of life and all over the world, for over 70 years, equipping and inspiring them to promote progress towards more peaceful, open and inclusive societies.

Sponsor a chair or table
In May 2019, we replaced our ageing dining room furniture with 20 solid oak tables and 120 oak and leather dining chairs, designed to be both practical and beautiful, and to better meet the needs of our guests for at least a generation to come. We are pleased to offer you the chance to take your place in Cumberland Lodge history by naming one of our new tables or chairs.
A gift of £400 sponsors a chair, and £2,000 sponsors a table. Your name, or the name of a loved one, will be displayed prominently on your chosen piece of furniture.
To support this project, please email our team at email@example.com, and we will send you further details.
Building an endowment
In 2017, our 70th anniversary year, we launched an endowment fund to help us take our work to a new level. We aim to raise £7.5 million to expand and develop our work, to engage with more people and make a greater impact.
We invite you to join us in our work to build a better society for everyone. A gift to this fund will help to ensure the success of our charitable mission in the years to come.
You can make a donation via our JustGiving fundraising account.
How your gift could help
£50 could contribute towards travel costs for one of our student bursary holders, helping them to attend a residential study retreat at Cumberland Lodge with their peers
£110 could provide a bursary to help a student with limited financial means to attend a university study retreat at Cumberland Lodge
£25,000 could fund a Cumberland Lodge conference, allowing us to bring together leaders and influencers, students and practitioners, for cross-sector and inter-disciplinary dialogue and debate on some of the most pressing social and ethical issues that we face today.
