Wanda also talks about her views on the 'broken social compact with young people', the problems of underemployment and insecure work, and the need to, 'give young people a real stake in our economy'. She calls for a living wage and highlights the importance of dialogue and cross-disciplinary work in addressing the challenges facing society.
