Hi, I’m Carl. I first joined Cumberland Lodge in 1998. During my career I’ve been awarded British Meat Chef of the Year and came third in the Sodexo Chef of the Year. I once made a Dundee cake for His Majesty the King (then Prince Charles). My son is also training to become a chef, following in my footsteps.
