On Tuesday 26 February 2019, our Programme Director, Jan-Jonathan Bock, recorded a short podcast with three speakers from the Cumberland Lodge conference, Difficult Histories & Positive Identities, shortly before the conference drew to a close.
We hear from:
- Lisa Power (Board member of Queer Britain), pictured
- Dr Roland Loeffler (Director, Regional Agency for Civic Education, Saxony in eastern Germany)
- Sean Pettis (Legacies of Conflict Programme Manager, Corrymeela community, Northern Ireland).
Each speaker talks briefly about their key take-aways from the two-day conference at Cumberland Lodge in Windsor Great Park, in relation to their own fields of work. They also discuss developing more inclusive identities in response to 'difficult histories', and the impacts they hope the conference might have in society, more broadly.
