Sabah Choudry was part of a panel of three speakers talking about Religion and the Media at our final retreat on Freedom of Religion or Belief for our 2018-19 Emerging International Leaders programme.

She spoke for ten minutes on the portrayal of Islam in popular media to an audience of international students from universities across the UK.

Sabah Choudhry is a broadcast journalist at Sky News. Choudhry was formerly a producer and presenter at British Muslim TV, where she conceptualised, produced and hosted three seasons of Women Like Us, a Muslim-women led socio-political talk show where panel members discuss issues related to identity, race, politics, and religion from a critical lens. Her interests include BAME representation in media, human rights and identity.
