The Mews conference centre at Cumberland Lodge, Windsor Great Park

Our conferencing facilities are available to book for conferences, retreats, courses and special events. We combine the friendly, welcoming atmosphere of an English country house and ample space for reflection, with all the facilities you need to run an impressive event, including a new audio-visual suite for prerecorded virtual elements.

** We are pleased to be welcoming conference groups once again, on a socially distanced, 50% capacity basis, in line with Government guidance. We can also support hybrid events with virtual elements - please enquire for details. **

We offer a range of flexible spaces spread across three historic buildings - including large conference rooms with linked breakout rooms, elegant reception rooms, private meeting spaces, and an open-air woodland seminar space.

The majority of our conference facilities are housed in The Mews next to the main Lodge, which was once royal stables. Flitcroft, our largest conference room, can accommodate up to 120 people at full capacity.

Our stylish accommodation is intentionally 'low-tech', to help you relax and unwind. We encourage you to spend time in conversation with your fellow guests, and to enjoy the time and space outside of conference sessions to reflect, regroup and re-energise.

We host almost 200 organisations per year, ranging from the Local Government Association, the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission and the Department of Health and Social Care, to the Tavistock Institute, Windsor Leadership, The Institute of Ideas, and Mars UK.

We also offer a small, newly equipped studio suite for audio-visual recording. This is available to hire alongside our conference and meeting facilities, to support remote event participation or promotional activity and audio-visual support for your event.
