Cumberland Lodge is operating in strict accordance with the Government's guidance for minimising the spread of COVID-19. We have been awarded the 'Good to Go' accreditation from VisitEngland, and we reopened successfully to visiting groups for Covid-secure meetings and special events in autumn 2020, before the New Year lockdown.
We are a spacious venue, tucked away in the heart of Windsor Great Park, offering airy reception rooms, a wide range of flexible meeting and dining spaces, impressive en-suite accommodation, and free parking on site. We are easily accessible from several major motorways (M4, M3, M40 and M25).

We are pleased to be open once again and welcoming visiting groups for socially distanced conferences, meetings and special events, at 50% event capacity.
Our updated Reopening Plan can be downloaded from this webpage, with advice and requirements for all visiting groups, along with our updated risk assessment for COVID-secure events.
Every booking helps to support us, at a time when our charitable income has been hit hard by the impacts of the pandemic, as we are unable to host the larger visiting groups that normally fill the house throughout the year.
You can be assured that the same warm welcome awaits from our small team of experienced staff, and our usual excellent standards of hospitality and hygiene have been enhanced by a raft of measures designed to minimise risk and offer peace of mind for everyone.
Upkeep and refurbishment
During lockdown we took the opportunity to deep-clean the site. Our in-house Maintenance team have ensured the upkeep and routine health and safety management of the premises, and decorated and refurbished many of our bedrooms and bathrooms. Many back-of-house areas have also been deep-cleaned and redecorated, and external doors and window frames have been repainted.
Meanwhile, our Housekeeping team is focusing on the regular cleaning of hard surfaces, contact points and high-traffic areas. Carpets and soft furnishings have been thoroughly cleaned, throughout the site.
In short, Cumberland Lodge has never looked better!
