Cumberland Lodge offers 56 en suite bedrooms, each with its own individual character, spread across three buildings: the Lodge itself, the Georgian Mews, and Groom's House.
The Main Lodge Building is a historic former royal residence which houses our gracious hospitality rooms, including the Drawing Room, Sitting Room, Amy Buller Library, Chapel, our three main dining rooms and reception, as well as the majority of our guest bedrooms and offices.
The Mews Conference Centre houses our main conference rooms, Flitcroft, Sandby and Hodgson, as well as our breakout rooms, Windham and Greening. It also contains 16 guest bedrooms on the top floor.
Groom's House is ideal for exclusive hire for small groups, with its own meeting rooms, Denning and Halifax, as well as hospitality rooms and seven en suite bedrooms. It is available to hire on a group booking, two nights minimum basis.
Wifi is free and available throughout the three buildings, and laptops, screens and projectors are available in all our conference rooms.
The main Lodge has a lift that can accommodate a wheelchair, providing access to all floors, and our Reception desk and Flitcroft, our largest conference room, are both equipped with a loop for guests with hearing impairments. A portable hearing loop is available on request.
