The Cumberland Lodge complex is made up of three historic buildings - the main Lodge, The Mews Conference Centre and Groom's House.
The Main Lodge Building is a historic former royal residence which houses our gracious hospitality rooms, including the Drawing Room, Sitting Room, Amy Buller Library, Chapel, our three main dining rooms and reception, as well as the majority of our guest bedrooms and offices.
The Mews Conference Centre houses our main conference rooms, Flitcroft, Sandby and Hodgson, as well as our breakout rooms, Gilpin, Windham and Greening. It also contains 16 bedrooms on the top floor.
Groom's House is ideal for exclusive hire for small groups, with its own meeting rooms, Denning and Halifax, as well as hospitality rooms and seven en suite bedrooms. It is available to hire on a group booking, two nights minimum basis.
Wifi is free and available throughout all of the building and rooms. Laptops, screens and projectors are available in most conference rooms as standard. There are also computer terminals in each building. The Main Lodge Building has a lift, large enough for a wheelchair, which provides access to all floors. The Flitcroft conference room is also equipped with a loop for guests with a hearing impairment and there is a loop installed at reception. A portable hearing loop is available on request.
