Registration
There are two ticket options this year, both of which include accommodation in one of our individually designed, historic rooms, plus all meals and the full programme of events and activities:
- £85 – single accommodation
- £65 – shared accommodation
Bursaries
We are pleased to be able to provide six travel bursaries, each worth up to £60, to help students with limited financial means to attend.

Frequently asked questions
Am I eligible to attend?
If you are a student from a Commonwealth or overseas country, currently enrolled at a university in the UK, at undergraduate or postgraduate/PhD level, you are most welcome to attend this conference. We are unable to accept bookings from students based at universities outside of the UK.
Can my ticket be refunded?
If you are unable to attend the confernece due to unforeseen circumstances, we can offer a refund up to two weeks before the event (Wednesday 4 December 2018). After that date we will not be able to offer refunds, but you are welcome to transfer the ticket to another student. Please let us know if you would like to try that.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to the event?
There is ample free parking on site at Cumberland Lodge. The nearest mainline train station is Egham, which is on the London Waterloo - Reading train line.
