An independent briefing document, prepared by our freelance Research Associate, Martina Feilzer, ahead of the 2021 Cumberland Lodge Police Conference, Towards Justice: Law Enforcement & Reconciliation which took place online on 17-18 June.

This review of current research and thinking about past harms and injustices in society sets the scene for our discussions and is designed to inform conference participants and the wider public on the issues we will be addressing.
