Eilidh holds a BSc in Political Science from Sciences Po Paris and has just completed an MSc in Development Studies at the LSE. Her dissertation, “Microfranchising: the (moulded) informal economy as development’s new frontier?”, analyses how market-based development models transform Africa’s entrepreneurs into a knowable, investable site of economic growth. Her work experience threads advocacy, peacebuilding and development, ranging from farmer cooperatives on the Okavango Delta to Italian anti-mafia campaigning and fiscal hosting services for UK civil society. She currently works at the Evangelical Alliance, bridging faith and politics by representing and resourcing churches for a stronger, more just democracy.
