Hi, I’m Mike. I joined Cumberland Lodge as Chief Operating Officer in June 2022 and oversee the day-to-day running of our commercial operations as a social enterprise. Prior to joining Cumberland Lodge, I was the Deputy CFO of Oxfam GB.
I have extensive commercial experience, including with De Vere Hotels, as well as a degree in Economics from UCL, and a Masters degree in Voluntary Sector Management. I am also a voluntary crisis counsellor for the mental health support service Shout, established by the Royal Foundation of the Prince and Princess of Wales, and a trustee of educational charity First Give, which offers secondary school children opportunities to identify and alleviate social issues in their local communities.
Outside of work and volunteering, my main passions are cycling and my camper van.
