Saima works at the intersection of public policy, sustainability and civic engagement. She heads GoVo for Business consultancy services at Royal Voluntary Service, developing partnerships and programmes that strengthen communities across the UK, with a particular focus on climate justice, social cohesion and opportunities for underrepresented communities. She is a Trustee of Green Alliance and former Co-Chair of Anthropy’s Emerging Leaders programme, and an alumna of Cumberland Lodge’s Freedom of Religion or Belief programme.
Saima has previously held positions at KPMG, Ofgem, HM Treasury, and the House of Commons. She values dialogue across difference and the role of ethical leadership in addressing complex societal challenges. A first-generation university graduate from a British Kashmiri background, she is passionate about creating pathways for underrepresented communities to shape public life and fostering collaboration across sectors, generations and faiths.
