My name is Carolina, and I joined Cumberland Lodge in November 2025 to support the planning and delivery of our programmes.
I’m originally from Bogotá, Colombia, and I’m a very proud Latina. I have a background in Law and experience in human rights, legal design, and interdisciplinary work. I recently completed an MA in Applied Imagination at Central Saint Martins, where I explored creative methodologies and examined how to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable outcomes through an arts and design lens, with a particular focus on intersectionality in the design processes.
In my free time, you’ll most likely find me grabbing coffee with friends, doing crafty hobbies like collage, or watching movies at home.
