Hi, I’m Gareth and I joined Cumberland Lodge in June 2025 to support programme design and delivery. Over the past eight years, I’ve built my experience in programme design, facilitation, and youth engagement in Northern Ireland. I’ve worked with students, young adults, educators, and community leaders through organisations such as Corrymeela and Community Relations in Schools. There, I managed peacebuilding and education programmes that responded to the legacy of conflict in the region. Throughout this work, I sought to encourage young people to engage deeply with diverse perspectives on the past, while fostering meaningful relationships across divides that would benefit them well into the future.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing guitar and piano, reading old books and catching the latest films.
