Nasima Khatun

Nasima joined us in July 2020. She works part-time, four days a week (Tuesday to Friday). She joins us from six years with the Make Believe Theatre Company in London, where she was Head of Finance.

After graduating from the University of Reading with in 2000, with a BA Hons in Politics and International Relations, Nasima went on to do an MSc in Information Systems at Brunel University. She then moved into accountancy, and became Management Accountant at Mirada Plc in London, where she worked for eight years and completed her Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualifications.

Nasima has a passion for community and charity work, and she has supported many voluntary organisations. She is one of the founding members and key contributors to the Anaya Asian Women’s Group, which promotes the emancipation of women from Black, Asian and minority ethnic communities, with the aim of combatting isolation.

Nasima lives in Berkshire, with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she is also a  culinary artist, who enjoys being creative in the kitchen with baking, cooking and fruit carving.
