Together with our Chief Executive, Fergus Drake, our Board is responsible for setting the overall strategy for Cumberland Lodge and for ensuring that the charity is well run. Our Chair of Trustees is John Lotherington and our Treasurer is David Matthews.

John Lotherington joined our Board of Trustees in July 2019 and became Chair in November 2024. He is Director of the 21st Century Trust in London, and a Program Associate at Salzburg Global, where he was formerly a Vice-President for Programmes.
